Although most jobs in the creative industries don’t require you to wear a suit and heels it’s sometimes nice to embrace into the more casual elements of ‘work-wear’.
For this look I wanted to embrace on a few elements of ‘work-wear’ which can make you feel slightly smarter when you do want to wear making jeans to work more of a serious affair. For me, the perfect satchel bag is a necessary requirement. This particular bag from J & M Davidson boasts soft-buttery leather, perfect for an iPad or small Mac, a size you can clutch onto as well as swing over the shoulder during the hustle and bustle of city life.
I have a thing with oversized clothes, hence this lovely khaki jacket from Masscob which I can sling over practically everything. I have paired it with a peachy larsen knit also from Masscob. Finishing off the look I have put in my favourite pair of brogues from Dune (now on sale), taking me away from shoe boots or trainers which I usually roll around in during the day. Dune to have a great collection of these in different colours so be sure to have a brows. The design takes utility and wearability into consideration, comfort is key.
