Generally I’m not to not complain about anything on my blog, however a little knee injury that I have been suffering with since JUNE this year has held be back slightly on the exercising front. This also has taken me away from getting full use out of some amazing sportswear that’s out there at the moment, like these lovely Union Jack print leggings from the new Power Hour collection by Sweaty Betty. As my knee injury has been a bit of a slow burner with constant trips to consultants for scans and various speculations, I’ve had to squash my frustration and find new ways to get use out of my new sports gear, perhaps with a little light stretching along the way.
Despite this, I’m actually a big fan of wearing great active wear whilst errand running (buying flowers on this occasion). I have teamed my Sweaty Betty leggings with a pair of Adidas NMDs, an old and thin Zara jumper, and a pair of my favourite new Celine sunglasses in a recent purchase from Bicester Village.
