On Parisian dressing; I wanted to go to town on this trip so I did.

Picking out my wardrobe felt easy by sticking to simplistic, utilitarian and muted blue tones with a pop of red lip and a stripe to keep it quintessential. The French brand Sessun sums this style up with a lovely throw over trench over coat with a stiff collar and perfect for mid seasonal warmth. Black boots which I can never get enough of from Gerard Darel which is another Parisian brand I have my eyes all over.

The nude leather handbag by Loewe is a new favourite that speaks for itself. The brand has the bag in a variation of colours this season. It’s discrete in it’s branding with no obvious logos which is a breath of fresh air, yet it’s distinctive in its envelope style and the perfect size for city roaming. It’s almost something I would see my mum wearing in the 90s or on Gweneth Paltrow in Sliding Doors – now coming back with a new element of cool. Definitely an it bag of the season if you’re looking for something new to invest in. Full outfit details below and you can be shop straight from the blog. x
