As much as I refrain from weather rants on my blog, I’m british so I’m going to do it anyway. It’s getting really really cold and now my fashion mind is onto layering. It’s hard to always stay feminine when doing this as you always run a risk of looking like a total bag lady.
However, with this look I have decided to just go with the flow. I love to be comfortable whilst working and weekending, so I have fully embraced it in a pair of straight legged jeans from Topshop (literally obsessed with these and tempted to buy them in every colour), with some new Vans kicks and a chunky knit from By Malene Birger. I am all over chunky knits this season as they allow a bit of leeway for that extra carb dinner and desert that the cold weather makes us do. Plus, they are just really cosy.
